1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging C&C Contractors London Ltd ("the Company") to undertake construction, refurbishment, or any other related services ("the Services"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations and Pricing All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are based on the details provided at the time and may be subject to change if additional work or unforeseen circumstances arise.

3. Payment Terms A payment schedule will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Typically, a deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Scope of Work The Company will undertake the Services as outlined and agreed upon in the provided quotation. Any additional works requested by the Client will be charged separately.

5. Planning Permissions and Building Regulations It is the Client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing, to obtain all necessary planning permissions, building regulations, and other approvals. Where agreed, the Company can assist or manage these processes on behalf of the Client.

​

6. Project Delays The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, material shortages, or delays in planning approvals. We will promptly inform the Client of any anticipated delays.

7. Warranty and Liability The Company guarantees workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and defects caused by others. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of faulty work or materials.

8. Insurance and Accreditations The Company holds all necessary insurances and accreditations relevant to the provided Services. Evidence of such can be provided upon request.

9. Health and Safety C&C Contractors London Ltd is committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety. Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our team and comply with reasonable requests to facilitate health and safety compliance.

10. Privacy and Data Protection Personal data provided to the Company will only be used to deliver services, fulfil contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements. Data will be handled in accordance with current data protection regulations.

​

11. Cancellation Cancellation of agreed services must be provided in writing. Deposits may not be refundable if the cancellation occurs after the purchase of materials or if substantial preparatory work has commenced.

​

12. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation in good faith. Should this fail, parties agree to seek mediation prior to any legal proceedings.

​

13. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated clearly to clients and will not apply retrospectively.

​

14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

​
